Mohawk Industries announced the extension of its popular Decorate for the Cure fundraising program through 2014. Since June 2011, Mohawk and Karastan have donated a portion of all Mohawk SmartCushion and Karastan Karastep Reserve Cushion sales to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. The brands have raised more than $100,000 for ongoing breast cancer research through the campaign.As part of the program’s extension, Mohawk and Karastan are also doubling their minimum donation guarantee. The premier flooring brands will donate at least $200,000 from SmartCushion and KaraStep Reserve sales to Susan G.
